We respect your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our store or place an order, and how we use it.
Information we collect
Name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number and order details, plus technical data such as IP address and browsing behavior collected through cookies.
How we use it
- To process and deliver your orders
- To communicate with you about your order and provide support
- To improve our store and, with your consent, send marketing emails
- To show relevant ads through partners such as Meta and Google
Photos you upload for a custom kit
When you upload a photo to create a custom kit, we use it only to make your design previews and, if you order, your personalized kit.
- How it is processed: your photo is sent securely to our AI image provider (OpenAI) to create the previews. Photos and designs are stored on secure cloud storage (Cloudflare).
- Who sees it: only our team and, if you place an order, our production partner who makes your kit.
- How long we keep it: uploaded photos are deleted automatically after 90 days. Design previews are deleted after 12 months; designs you ordered are kept with your order so we can help with any issue.
- What we never do: we don't sell your photos, we don't use them in our marketing without asking you first, and we don't use them to train AI models.
- We also use your email to limit free previews and to send you your design. Want your photo deleted sooner? Write to us through our Contact page.
Please upload only photos you have the right to use.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run the store (e.g. Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, our production partner, our AI image provider, advertising partners). We never sell your personal information.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time through our Contact page. California residents can opt out of the sharing of personal data via Your Privacy Choices.
