If you're not happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Kits must be unused (not started), in their original condition and packaging.
- Damaged, defective or incorrect items are always covered – just send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
- Digital products (such as our eBook) are delivered instantly and can't be returned once downloaded. If you have a problem with the file, write to us and we'll fix it.
How to start a return
Email us at support@kinucalm.com or use our Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with the return instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
